Hello,
My wife and I are visiting Bora Bora on a cruise ship on 6 February 2017. We are just there for one day and have decided to do a 4x4 trip around the island. It runs morning (start 9am) or afternoon (start 2pm). Which time would you choose? Does the cloud tend to build up over higher ground later in the day or would you say it doesn't make much difference?
Thanks for your help.
Regards

Bora Bora Island Guide's response
Hi Frank,
I would suggest booking the morning 4WD tour in Bora Bora, as it will get hotter as the day goes on. February is summer time in Bora Bora so the island is at its hottest and most humid. The morning tour will let you see the island before the hottest part of the day. You can then retreat back to your cruise ship or head to Matira beach to cool down.
Kind regards,
Melinda
