Four Seasons Bora Bora Rooms

Four Seasons Bora Bora rooms are not a typical hotel room, in fact, they are bungalows over the water!

The Four Seasons Bora Bora rooms consist of 100 glamorous over water bungalows and 7 luxurious beach front villas - each with their own private beach. Most Four Seasons guests stay in an over water bungalow, but people who are traveling as a family, or prefer more space and privacy, will enjoy vacationing in the seclusion in a Four Seasons Beachfront Villa.

These Four Seasons Bora Bora 'rooms' are much larger than a usual hotel room as they divided into 4 areas; the living room, the bathroom, the large outdoor deck with pontoon and the bedroom.

3 Types of Four Seasons Overwater Bungalow

The Four Seasons Bora Bora overwater bungalows are divided into 3 categories, based on their outlook.

Beach View Overwater Bungalow - $

The Beach View Overwater Bungalows of the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora look back to the pristine beaches surrounding the resort. These beaches can only be used by the few guests staying in the very private on-land villas, so they are usually totally deserted as all other guests use the main beach by the pool.

Lagoon View Overwater Bungalow - $$

The Lagoon-View Four Seasons Bora Bora Overwater Bungalows look out over the turquoise lagoon. They're in slightly deeper water than the Beach View Over water Bungalows. Many of them have some views to Mt Otemanu from one side of their deck.

Mt Otemanu View Overwater Bungalow - $$$

The best Four Seasons Overwater Bungalows have uninterrupted views to Bora Bora's signature mountain - Mt Otemanu. These Mountain-View overwater bungalows have the highest price tag, but we think they're worth it! With a view like this you will have blissful hours of vacation time enjoying your over water bungalow and ordering in room dining to feast on your deck.

Four Seasons Bora Bora Beachfront Villas - $$$$

The Four Seasons Bora Bora has 7 exclusive Beachfront Villa estates with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. These villas have huge living areas and complete privacy. Each villa has its own lush, tropical, flowering garden with a pool edged by shady cabanas; and a private stretch of white sand beach, where your sun-lounges await. They are perfect for families and groups traveling together, or for those who want a very private vacation.

Are the Four Seasons Bora Bora rooms with a pool worth it?

While choosing between the Four Seasons Bora Bora rooms is mostly based on what aspect you would like, you can also choose a room with a private pool on the deck. We didn't experience a Four Seasons Bora Bora Overwater Bungalow with a pool on this visit, but we did stay in a 2 bedroom On-land Villa with a pool. As the villas are set further back from the lagoon, we found the pool a tempting place to relax.
